Welcome to Madison Heights Baptist Church. It is our desire to provide you with information about our church and the Lord we serve with the hope it will be beneficial to you as you search for God's will in your life.

Purpose

The purpose of Madison Heights Baptist Church shall be to propagate among all people the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to provide opportunities for worship, training, spiritual growth, and service.

Our Mission

Jesus said, "As you go therefore disciple all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you; and behold I am with you always, even unto the end of the age." Matthew 28:19-20

Since 1891, Madison Heights Baptist Church has sought to fulfill this great commission of our Lord. We have set as our objectives:

WORSHIP - To experience a worshiping awareness of God, recognizing the glory of His presence and responding in obedience.

WITNESS - To share Christ with as many people as possible in our community and throughout the world.

EDUCATION - To disciple believers into a growing knowledge of God and man through Bible study.

SERVICE - To be a servant church that ministers unselfishly to persons in need in Jesus' name.

DISCIPLESHIP - To nurture believers to be Christ-like in their daily living through total commitment of life, personality, and possessions to the Lordship of Christ.

FELLOWSHIP - To experience a meaningful relationship with fellow believers as brothers and sisters in Christ.
