Pastor

Currently our church is without a Pastor. We do have a Pastor Selection Committee elected and they are busy at work seeking our next pastor. During this transitional time the pastoral ministries are being performed by two retired ministers, both of whom are native to Madison Heights and are members of our church. Rev. John Ragland has a long history as a pastor  and chaplain. He is an experienced interim pastor and currently serves as a part-time chaplain at Lynchburg General Hospital. Rev. Charles Stinson is the retired pastor of North Bedford Baptist Church where he served for over 35 years. He was also active in the work of historical Strawberry Baptist Association where he served two terms as moderator. These men are serving in a half-time position of leadership, alternating duties each week. It is our desire that no need goes unmet during this time of transition. Please contact the church office to secure help for any pastoral needs you may have.
